1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and 203pub ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website https://203pub.co and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, bingo, jackpot games, and all other gaming products offered on the platform (collectively, "the Services").

By creating a 203pub account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. The Company strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will immediately suspend and refund any account found to be held by a minor.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 203pub platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Multiple accounts detected by the platform's security systems are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep such information updated. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

3.3 KYC Verification

203pub is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys national ID, driver's license, passport, or UMID), proof of address, and — for large transactions — source of funds documentation. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the prescribed period may have withdrawal functionality restricted.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 203pub login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 203pub will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you. You must notify 203pub support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

203pub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All payment methods must be registered in your own name; deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 203pub does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

203pub complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and all implementing regulations issued by the AMLC and PAGCOR. The Company reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse withdrawal requests that trigger AML review procedures. Deposits that cannot be matched to a legitimate source of funds may be returned to the originating account without notice.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, bingo tickets, and promotional credits offered by 203pub are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other players.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 203pub's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

203pub shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or gaming winnings due to platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events; (c) any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

11. Termination

203pub may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect and without prior notice if it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or if required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR directive. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be withheld pending investigation. If no fraud or breach is substantiated, the balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 203pub support. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations, pending transactions, or active self-exclusion periods.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation between the parties. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394).

13. Changes to These Terms

203pub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
